Remember the Baby-Boomers!
-The last hurrah of our Grandparents-

by Hero Heeto

The Baby-Boomers, in debt in an indebted land, overweight,
demented, unemployable, retired and without pensions rambled
around in their bed-clothes ordering the servant-class to, "Get that
crab-grass growing out my ass!"

"Pick that up, and get me something to eat!" They shouted, hungry
for more TV and no longer able to comprehend the newspaper.

But their money had run out. The teachers were laid off, the
policeman were on half-pay and deserting. The military was AWOL,
and they fell victim to the Mongrel Invasions. Hordes of peoples
from across the planet, some on guest worker visas and others
who had paddled the oceans descended upon this world to collect
trash and change adult diapers. When they found the money had
run out, and they were being paid in stale bagels, costume
jewelery and  worthless trinkets they went upon a mad rampage.

"You want me to clean your kitchen floor, eh?" and they machete
slashed an entire generation of people.

The General Accounting Office and the Chairman of the Federal
Reserve saw a silver lining to this cloud of doom.  Chairman Laye
reported to Congress: "At this juncture, we can say that the
balance of trade accounts are still in deficit, the dollar is floating
against the peso, Our bonds, notes and bills are in default, but we
have finally stabilized Medicare and Social Security..."

Also sanguine was Carlos Rolvo, the mercurial Presidential Advisor
who testified at length during his trial. "Our polling data suggested
that the average American owned 24 pair of jeans, 15 pairs of
shoes and 2 books; given our understanding of this population, we
decided we could fool all of the people all of the time. And, yes,
through thick and thin this has been a Center-Right nation, in other
words this is a country that likes to be fucked-in-the-ass."

After prison, Mr. Rolvo, in an effort to repudiate all liberal
philosophies attempted to join the insect-world. He was eventually
eaten by bugs as part of the harmonious nature of a truly private
market-place.
