the most-downloaded list.
Advance copies have not been obtained yet, but there is so much
hype concerning its imminent publication that at least 50,000 web
pages have been started extolling or condemning it. (Rumors have
it that many of the web-pages have been published by automated
bots programmed by the author).
The blurbs have been released and they are wild! One would
expect to find willing politicians to talk about Mr. Fiend but this work
outdoes them all:

With advance notices like this Mr. Fiend should make billions. It's
assumed that he will be able to appoint another Justice to the
Supreme Court thereby overturning the Federal ruling dis-allowing
wealthy prisoners to purchase their penal institutions and then
release himself.
